Newbie here...just started with my girls. They are in a multilevel troop as daisys. I am doing everything that I can to help the main leader. I have noticed that the parent helping the brownies is doing most of the work for them. Troop leader doesn't exactly know how to handle the situation. Parent is rather intimidating and has a history of going off the deep end so to speake. Any advice as to how to nicely state that the girls need to be doing the activities themselves without coming off as being to harsh?
