Good morning everyone. I hope everyone is going to have a lovely day. We have got tons of rain here. And much more to come. Lynne, I'm your neighbor to the south in Ky. :) Thank you for your warm welcome. Janis, I am praying for you to have a safe trip. For some reason I thought you were around my age. (45) You look so much younger in that avi. Hi to Edin! And welcome to Holiday. Laura, how was your eating yesterday? I know you are used to hearing this from me, but I'm taking the weekend off. LOL Monday, first thing, it's a date. Shake on it?

Good morning gals. Lynne thanks for looking into that. I've never had a problem at any other site. *shrug* Janis, I hope you and Hayley have a LOT of fun today! Be careful on those freeway exchanges. (((hugs))) I am getting more and more to where I do NOT like freeway driving anymore. Too much goin' on for me to enjoy the ride. *grin* I was up early today too... woke up at 4:30 AM! I made coffee and was up for a while but fell back asleep around 6am. I only snoozed though, on and off, and don't feel like MOVING today! Brenda, my eating was really good yesterday. It was low carb, and I am doing the same thing today. So far bacon and eggs for breakfast + half an orange. I had a couple of turkey and cheese roll-ups too. Tomorrow I will start back to "regular" low calorie eating. Tell me what you're eating today so that I can "eat" vicariously through you. Hee hee.

I guess Janis is still on her handbell trip with Hayley.

So, where have you all been chatting before this? I'm very happy that you are here - just wondering where you all met.

It is an absolutely beautiful Sunday here. Sunny and about 50 degrees. That's warm for here in March. The birds are singing and little buds are popping out. Yay!

I see. I'm glad you came here. As much as I can control it, I don't let it get rough here. I want a no stress forum where we can enjoy each other's company.

Hi all! Lynne,Steph is right. We hung out at a weight loss board but gathered together there mostly to goof off. All the ladies you see here were drawn together because we are all Christian and shared common values and feelings about many things. At that particular board our Lord was degraded quite often, and so were our Christian brothers and sisters. The moderators there allowed this *constantly*. Then when Christians would fight back and defend God, Jesus, or other Christians, WE would get in trouble. It was a DARK place, and will only get worse imo. Janis, are you back yet? How was your drive young lady? Brenda, well, that's the last time I try to eat vicariously through YOU! Hmpf!! *grin* Feel better! (((hugs))) I believe Janis is your age, 45. You BOTH look like babies for your age! *razz* Steph, I am going to send you an email about something the old man and I are up to right now, so be looking for that mmmmm-k? My eating yesterday was good, even though it seemed I ate A LOT, but I still dropped a little. It's not water though because I am not drinking much water or cutting down on my salt. If anything I am CRAVING salt like a fiend right now due to pending Hell week, AKA tom. :) We are driving up the coast today to Boca Raton. Just wanna see the city and have a good meal. And no, I *won't* make a piggy of myself. :D Hope you ladies have a great day!

Happy Monday, friends. Unless you find that to be a contradiction in terms, of course. :) I am still under the weather and am so ready to be over it already. Laura, are you low cal eating today? I am back on the wagon. I had my yogurt this morning and I'm getting ready for a light lunch. How was Boca Raton? My turn to live vicariously. :) Lynn, send some of that good weather my way. We are all soggy down here... too much rain!! Janis, are you home yet? Post something so I don't worry. Edin, what are you up to today?

Good morning ladies! :D Lynne, thanks for looking into the problem. I have a feeling it'll work itself out after a while. At least I hope so. :) Gilded Lily (Brenda), I'm actually 47, so that is a very nice compliment. Thank you! I will tell my daughter that she has real picture taking talents! :D Laura, the sky fell on me last week and I could have been an eating machine, but I ended up not doing too badly. Still needed chocolate and I had to have a piece of my mom's coconut pie, but other than that, I did pretty good. I've been taking fish oil, magnesium, cinnamon and a multi vitamin every day (the fish oil, magnesium and cinnamon at least twice a day) in hopes that I'll not have any more problems with my asthma. I'm reading a book called Reversing Asthma and I would love nothing more than to be off all meds, but I'm afraid to even try...at least right now. For those who don't know, I work in a tax office during tax season and the boss lady is a pack rat. The office I work in is never cleaned! There are things in that office that haven't been touched in 30 years, so you can imagine all the build up of dust. The last two years, I've had my asthma flair up while working there because I know it's from the bad air in there. This year, I prayed about it and asked the Lord to help protect my lungs, and I also decided to try to make my body a little more healthy to withstand the extra stresses. So far, thank you God, I'm breathing just fine! Stephanie, what's going on with you? Did you like our nice cool weekend? I sure did, but I hear it's going to be hot this week. :( I'm not looking forward to that! I just took it easy over the weekend and since I didn't have to go in today, I let myself sleep in. It felt wonderful! Tomorrow, though, it's back to the old grind! I think I'll make sweet & sour chicken for dinner tonight since I'll have the time to do it. Everyone has been asking for it lately. :) Hope all you ladies are having a nice day. I'll check back in later on.
