Have you ever tried a 7-layer burrito?
Ground meat (tofu or mushrooms for us veggies)
Robusto, Cojita[mexican cheese] or shredded soy cheese
Glazed Greens (or spicy lettuce)
Refried Peruano Beans
Jalapeno Salsa (if you're really daring - habanero salsa)
Sour Cream (or a good veggie variety)
You can make a nice dipping sauce for it to. Go fusion- why don't you. Try a sweet and tangy tamarind dipping sauce. Be creative!
