A friend of mine sent me a link to an online show called Jen and Barb Mom Life. They had an episode about post baby fashion. It was very helpful to me, so I thought I'd pass this along!

I don't know about anyone else but post baby fashion was tough. I pretty much had to start over. Nothing fit and I was really upset about it on the other hand I ended up with so really stylish items. My advice it to keep up with fashion while your expecting this way once you have your bundle of joy, you won't be in a fashion position you can't handle.

I have a couple of clients that recently had a baby 8 & 9 months ago. They are so lost when it comes to finding clothes that fit.

I even had a couple of my clients wearing some of their old maternity clothing, which is a No No. The worst thing you can do is wear clothing that do not fit.

I suggest buying a few basic core pieces (cheap) and jazz it up with really nice accessories, really expensive accessories. This will keep you from breaking the bank and the accessories will be in style for years to come.

I hope this helps!

Oh, what a drag! I remember working so hard to get the weight off. It must have taken a year with each kid and still my body changed. But I heard somewhere, the best thing that can happen to a woman is for her body to change. See it as an opportunity for new clothes. Post pregnancy was hard for almost every woman. I agree, pick a few core pieces, no maternity clothes, and soon you'll be back to yourself. Or the closest you are going to be. The new you sounds pretty exciting! I personally don't think that you have to break the bank for really expensive accessories. You can get great accessories that look great and will last without blowing your budget away.
