I've already beat Kimarhi's brothers and even met up with Oaka's brother and got the Bracer, but i keep running into dead ends. I can't get to the top. Which is the right way? Thanks!
My best guess would be that if your making up to Oaka's brother (which is almost there) then all you need to do is WATCH your map. It gets really confusing! its a 3D map and things overlap, nothing special required to get to top besides running up the road.
