without getting the destruction sphere item in there. even though my little guide claims it cant be done (and i dont even remember), i did it. Is there anyway i can get back in? I want Anima!

You can't get out of Bewell without using the destuction sphere.So you will get Anima.
But you can get out without the chest you get from the destructionsphere in Bevelle, and thatone is lost.You can't go back.

just to let you know you don't need to have the beville temple's desruction sphere to get anima (and just to let you know you can get out without using the destruction sphere) but newho there is a temple in zanarkand that you can get a destruction sphere/chest in also....on the tetris puzzle after you've done it and fought yadda yadda... go back to it and you'll see another puzzle on the monitor its all the square (and you thought they were just to mess you up) collect all the square and the destruction sphere apprears on the center pedestal in the left room....take it and place it in the whole where the kilika sphere was at on the 2nd monitor and it blows up a wall for you....bodda bing bodda boom and you go back to the baaj temple and get anima :-)

I belive you dont'get out of Bevelle whithout using the destrucionsphere.I also belive that you need all the destrucionspheres to get Anima.

you need a total of only 6.....there are 7 temples that you go to.....besaid(valfor), Mi'ihen(ifrit), Djose(ixion), Machilania(shiva), beville(bahamut), zanarkand (final joke), and the cavern of the lost faith also has chest (yojimbo) I know zanarkand works cause my 1st time playing through i had missed the beville sphere also.

The statues are arranged like this:

Besaid (Valefor)-Top Left
TopRight- Bevelle (Bahamut)

Macalania (Shiva)-Centre Left
Centre Right -Djose (Ixion)

Zanarkand -Bottom Left
Bottom Right- Kilika (Ifrit)
