Hi, I wrote a couple of weeks ago about letting my friend bleach my hair. It was a disaster but she fixed it and it is all now a dark blonde. It looks nice and everyone has complemented me but I just did my roots and i don't want to do be having to call her every 3 or 4 weeks since my hair grows fast. I want to color it a light brown or a light golden brown. Is this possible? My friend says to use a golden beige blonde for maybe 10 minutes since my hair is porous. Is this correct I don't want green hair. Thank you.

Using golden beige blonde wont give you green hair. Leaving it on for only 10 minutes may work or it may fade fast because the color molecules have not had a chance to fully develop.

To keep from damaging your hair further and even to improve its condition, I suggest having a professional use a demi permanent such as Shade EQ. It will not damage your hair and will help to return it to a non-porous state.
