I have always tried to practice the Law of Attraction as detailed in The Secret. Lately I've found my mind drifting into negative thoughts- I've had some bad situations occur and just haven't been able to snap out of it. I purchased The Sedona Method that gives a bit more insight into breaking these negative thinking patterns.

What I'm really curious about is to learn real life examples from people who practice the Law of Attraction- what did you do to think positive, what situations did you address and how did it worked for you?

I always question books that have examples from people who have a vested interest in selling the book.
