Barbara - the 100 calorie packs are about letting you eat smaller portions of junk food, which is a good weaning philosophy, but my hope is not to be eating junk food at all

So it's not a good thing to have "small portions of junk" during the day as a daily habit. I realize it's a tough thing to do when you're used to eating junk all day so I definitely did wean myself slowly off of things like that.
Right now I'm eating fresh strawberries as a treat. I'd rather have my treat be something fresh and natural, vs Oreo Cookies in smaller containers. So that is something I had to work hard to get to. And of course I still give into temptations at times. I just fight so it doesn't become a daily habit.
