My 6 yo twin girls have naturally curly hair that has a fine texture. It can look like a bird's nest ten minutes after brushing it out if I don't do something with it like put it in a pony tail or something.

What product(s) would you suggest to help keep it under control so they can wear it down without it becoming a mess?

I would suggest that you use very moisturizing shampoo and conditioner as a start. There are many for curly hair. Then look for serums or hair creams.I liked ARTec Blow Serum - I'm not sure if they still make it.

Girls that age are very active (as you are aware of smile ) so I imagine it will always be hard to keep their curls nice.

Thanks, Lynne!

I have straight, oily hair so I've always had just the opposite problems. I'll check out some shampoos and conditioners and I think a leave-in conditioning cream will do the trick too.

It's so lovely that they have curly hairs.
