Blogging can really help people too - a lot of charities are using them now, to raise money for good causes.

I loved that story about a friend who casually blogged about her neighbors house foreclosure - the blog took off and readers started to donate!

That's a great story. There are so many horrible blogs that it's wonderful to hear someone has done something for someone in need.

I have way too many blogs, but I love them and try to keep up with them at least once a week. They are pretty much on different topics, so that helps. Now that I'm on this site, the others are falling by the wayside, but at least they gave me a start. Great learning experience!
