Hello there! Just wanted to thank those who posted in my last topic. I also wanted to share with you what has happened since. I bought the love/dare book and yesterday was day one. I think this may really help us because I truly have taken him for granted and this book is already helping me realize my short falls. So yesterday was all about patience and negativity. Instead of lashing out, remain calm and say nothing negative to your spouse and do something special for him/her. So I managed to succeed. I went shopping with the ladies last night and bought him a card and a little widget I knew he could use. I wrote in the card: Hey honey, just wanted to something special for you. I truly appreciate all you do for me and I hope one day to be as good a wife to you as you have been a husband to me. You and this marriage are my world. I really want this to work so I can grow old with you. I do love you so much. You're still the absolute love of my life and the reason I wake in the morning. He got home late last night. I was already in bed sleeping so I left it for him on the kitchen counter. He's still sleeping this morning so I'm interested to see how he reacts. I am very optimistic that we can work this out.

What you did was such a wonderful thing! He can't help but to love you for this. I read the other posts from your previous thread. I have a good feeling that this all will work out for the best with you & your husband. You will both grow & move forward & be happy.

You will also deal with any problems in a better way. I agree with what someone else said about your photo. You look like a very nice, beautiful lady & a beautiful person. We all make mistakes & Lori is right, at least you owned up to it want a better marriage. This is great! I was very happy to read about your very postive post.
