Hello to all!!!

My name is Dianne and I am the Unemployment Editor for Bella Online and your moderator for this forum. This is the site for you if you�re facing unemployment, recently unemployed, or if you have been unemployed for awhile. Women and men are all welcome!!! Please share this with anyone that you feel may benefit from this forum.

The purpose of this forum is to provide information, gather our thoughts, and share our experiences with the millions of others that are unemployed. This place is a safe haven for you to tell us about your good days, bad days, your successes and failures as we try to navigate through the unemployment maze, many for the first time. We are all in this together.

We have just a few rules for this site:

1- This site is not age restricted, so we ask that you keep your comments on the �clean� side. Let�s make it a cross between a G and PG-13. (I understand that may be hard on a bad day, but please try we don�t want to have to block anyone)

2- All comments and opinions are valued. Everything you say matters!!! So please respect all views, even if you don't necessarily agree.

3- I really can't think of any other rules right now, but I said "a few" so I was obligated to at least list three. I could have just changed it to "a couple" but I might think of something later. I'll let you know if anything comes up. :-)

After 25 years of working I am now unemployed. The job postings for my field have been so sparse, so I decided to start blogging about my experiences. March of last year I won an award for coming up with a multi million idea for the company, in August I was told to due to the economy blah, blah, blah. I was there for 29 years! Of course I started when I was 3, I was a gifted child. Okay, I was a little older - one needs humor.
