Each January is "Thyroid Awareness Month" and there is a big push at the beginning of the month to make the public aware of it.
I thought it might help to promote it further into the month, by putting up my article about it so that it was featured in my mid-month email newsletter, that goes out to about 870 subscribers (just sent out).
