Hi, Sweetestsin. I tried to be good. Even joined in on the fitness forum to get in a contest seeing who would be disciplined enough to lose weight and eat right but to no avail.
I enjoyed it all: eggnog, bread pudding, apple pie, good food (not healthy food), good tasting food and that's just for starters. So, I did not do well staying fit during the holidays but I have a new goal.
Work out like crazy for the next eleven months and should we see another Thanksgiving holiday season, I can splurge and not feel guilty about putting on a few pounds. Then after the new year, get back on track (well, right after Super bowl....uhhh, after Valentine's day)
