Does anyone know what is a good line of makeup for ethnic sensitive skin?

I'd suggest:
Carole's Daughter the Queen line of makeup by CoverGirl (ie - Queen Latifa's line) Paula's Choice
what kind of sensitivity are you talking about? Acne? Rosacea? Hyperpigmentation?

The type of sensitivity is acne. Thanks for the info. I have to really look into Paula's Choice. I keep hearing about it. What stores carry that brand?

Paula's Choice is only available online...her stuff is simply outstanding. You are paying for great products, not fancy packaging, so the prices are super reasonable for cosmetics of this caliber.
Let me get you a link...okay, here you go:

I am really excited to look into this product. I have been looking for a mosturizer that won't break me out. I will definately check it out.

I use Bare Minerals and love it. I like Vitoria Pricipals products also but I hate ordering when close to running out. I prefer to shop in store rather than having to ordering plus the S&H fees. But somethings you just can't do without. Nivea had a great moisterizer and decided to discontinue their skin care products.
For ethinic skin and any other the Proactiv line seems to be very popular for acne.

I have seen Bare Minerals, and I like the ease of the application. Does it offer alot of coverage?

Bare Minerals is wonderful for foundation! The colors are great, application is clean and easy, and the foundation has an excellent sunscreen in it.
