So we've all gotten that horrid Christmas present at some point or other - here's our chance to look back and laugh about it!

What do you think is the worst present to get?
What is the worst present you HAVE gotten?

Personally, I think underwear is a terrible Christmas present. My parents for some reason thought it was always a grest idesa to not only GET us undies for Christmas, but to wrap it up so we then had to unwrap it in front of everyone!

I mean, when I was 5 and got the Wonder Woman underoos, I thought those were neat.

But unless you are newlyweds and it is lingerie, underwear is just NOT a good present!

My Dear Sweet Gramma (bless hear deceased heart), used to give us non-age appropriate gifts all the time. She just never seemed to let us grow up. So one year I'm unwrapping a fairly big box and getting very excited about it until I finally got a peek inside. It was a wet & cry life size baby doll. That would have made a lot of little girls shrill with joy. Only problem was I was 15 going on 16 and had even outgrown Barbie dolls. My older brother had a good time teasing me THAT Christmas. I quickly buried it in the bottom of a box before any of my girlfriends could come over and ask what I got for Christmas. Now that I think back, maybe Gramma was cleverly trying to tell me something.

That is a really precious story.

My ex-husband and ex-fiance got me great gifts. My last ex had to be the worst...No Kidding! He got me smoke detectors, and nothing else. He didn't even wrap them.

Wow, I'm glad you had this forum to at least write about THAT! That's the kind of thing you pick up when you're at the Hardward store, not get for your wife as a gift. I can see why he's your ex!

My worst Christmas presents were anything combined with my birthday, which is four days earlier. "Here, this is for both your birthday and Christmas." Gee thanks...

Anyway, my worst present was a regifted wine bottle holder. I don't drink wine! And the person knew it!

Women will think THIS is the worst gift ever: a roll of duct tape. Yep, my husband put a roll of duct tape in my stocking. But there is a story behind it so it was thoughtful and cute. (And no, he wasn't going to tie me up or anything kinky like that!)

My youngest was born on December 2nd (preemie, it should have been mid-january).

Our tradition in the past had always been to put the Christmas tree up Thanksgiving night after all the extended family went home. But now we wait until after we have had Seth's birthday party, because I want him to know that his birthday is just as special as Michael or Jordan's and it is NOT getting lost in the Christmas shuffle.

My boyfriend always seems to get me things that HE wants not what I want but what HE wants. Although it wasn't bad gifts I knew that he wanted them because he would mention that he wanted me to make shakes (shake maker) or burgers (George Foreman grill). Also, one time I got a skirt and they were too big and he took off the price tag. To make matters worse he took his army friend who suggested that camouflage print was cute. Ughhhh talk about tacky

My b-day was Jan. 3rd. I got nothing on Christmas but on my birthday, I got screwdrivers for Christmas and a tool box for my birthday.

Now that's romantic.

Oh yeah, I got a Christmas ornament (on my birthday, guess it was half-off)"Our first Christmas" I DON'T EVEN HAVE A TREE! I turned it over to see if the back said "AND OUR LAST".

my mom got other things along with this but as a joke my mom got a box wrapped in a box and those boxes wrapped in another box.....etc. There were like 20 boxes! it was funny though! She laughed.
