hey fackos can you get that tunnel opened at the top of shoreside vale, the one that looks like it leads to another city in grand theft auto 3, also how do you get to the lighthouse in portland, is there anything up there? thank you
To get to the third city, you need to complete all the missions from the second city (not telephone missions).
