When I came down to Florida in 1980 from northern NY, I wanted to try everything "southern". My first taste of grits...ok - didn't go so well. Now, if they are made a certain way (homemade) I like them.

I also got a chance to try greens in Tennesee - I had to call my father and tell him that I finally understood what he liked about greens!

Biscuits and gravy....oh yeah!
