And this is the most helpful website I have found with doing the low carb diet. Started off around 315 and now i'm at 260. I had let the carb creep get in every now and again and have maintained 260 for a few months now. Maiiiiiinly because of an ex-gf who I was too worried about but i'm back on the diet and am looking to loose around 40 more pounds before I hit the weights hard.
