Dears, Money is so important these days, I really care about the cost for each clothing blush, but you know I can not help buying new ones. Do you have any ideas or places you will suggest? I always try to find the clothing on the internat, like Everydaypop
This may be useful for you as well : )

I think that Marshall's, Ross, JC Penny, and smaller 2nd hand shops are great for shopping. It just depends on your city.

I go to T.J. Max or the outlets that have just about every major brand store. Do you have outlets near you?

Walmart, Target and even K-Mart...hey, if it is good enough for Martha Stewart and Jaclyn Smith.....

Another low cost suggestion for clothing is patterns and material. Make it yourself. You will be wearing designer clothes - YOU are the designer!

WalMart and Ross is where I usually buy my clothes unless I want something special, like a dress for a wedding, etc., then I shop at Penney's or Macy's for discounted items. You will be surprised over some of the items Macy's has on sale and can find some really good bargains once in awhile.

My absolute favorite places to shop are second-hand clothing stores: Value Village, Salvation Army, and all sorts of thrift stores. I almost never buy my clothes new! Then, if I don't like something or get tired of it or rip it or stain it, I don't feel bad about throwing it out or donating it.....

The only things I buy new are my running shoes and hiking boots (you really need to take care of your body and health!) and my underwear. But, if I find undies at a second hand store that still have a the price tag, I'll buy them!

I love Kohl's. They have the best value of all the stores I've shopped in, for my own clothes and for my kids. I sometimes feel like they're giving the clothes away. And, the clothes are good quality -- they last a long time. The have brand name clothes, shoes, accessories. They also have some fancy dresses. I will say that the selection is not huge, not like the other department stores, but I never go home without getting exactly what I've needed.

I do a good amount of shopping at our local Value World (thrift super store). I came out with 4 pairs of jeans, a purse and two jackets the other day for $12.60. Now you can't buy one pair of paints at JC Penny's for that! Most of my knock-around daily clothes come from there, but if I'm shopping for a new dress for a special occasion I will usually go to JC Penny's. Macie's (old Hudson's) is too expensive anymore.

I do a lot of donating of clothing to Purple Heart myself so I sort of recycle the process.

I'm like Laurie, I will buy shoes brand new, but the last time I bought shoes was probably 6 years ago. I make my stuff last! Oh and I by undergarmets new too.

There's a place here in Prescott called 'The Trift Store' <--- that's not a misspelling -- that's what is on the building. I get great sweaters there for 25 cents! It's run by the Daughters of American Veterans -- DAV.
