Hi all,
Yesterday morning a flock of black birds landed in our yard. It must have been a flock that was migrating and stopped to eat and drink because it was over and done in about 45 minutes. While they were here they cleaned out the gutters around the entire house! Then moved on to the pond and completely ringed it, drinking. The grass and trees were FULL of birds. It was so amazing that even the dog was watching. I doubt there was a single bug left alive on the entire 3 acres!
I've never seen anything like it before, it was so much fun to watch and listen to them all.
