I wanted to share a little piece of inspiration that came to me today. I am a plus size woman and I am trying to lose weight to get down to a normal size. My favorite show is The Biggest Loser these days; it is so cool to watch weight loss success at work. But I can't imagine I'll get to the size that the winners do. They come out looking like super human triathletes. I just want to be normal.

Well today I found my normal inspiration. I watched the Now video of Shellay (she got kicked off last week i think) on the NBC website. Oh my!!!!! She looks great. Not skinny bones triathlete. She is sexy normal woman! yay

My inspiration was last season's winner - Ali. She looks like a triathelete now -- but firming up is my goal so that's ok.

I like the Biggest Loser show as well even though I don't get TV a lot.
It's very inspirational to watch people go through such transformation... it just goes to show that it's possible.

I got inspired by an article about dark chocolate. Now I eat 1 oz. a day and brought up my protein grams to between 70 and 100 while staying under 1200 calories while including two dairy servings. I dropped 7 pounds really fast.

Mostly I enjoy looking at other people's art but i do paint a little myself, just for a creative outlet.

And just now I got inspired to paint some dark chocolate.

:-)
