Now with the weather getting dryer there's something that goes in your dryer that helps combat static hair.

Dryer sheets are great! Just grab a sheet run along your hair and presto static is gone. I like to use unscented as I don't like the way Moutain rain or Country Breeze makes my hair smell!

Hi, since having my hair coloured the other day I have not been able to do a thing with it due to static. It is completely out of control. I had a brown base colour & a few blonde highlights. If I touch it, put a top on, brush it, just about anything makes it fly into the air & stick to my face. Driving me mad...have had it coloured for years but this has never happened. Can anyone help???????

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning my hair is just so statically, I don't have that much time to get ready. So I just need to get rid of the static and go to work. I have a good way to show you how to get rid of that static and make your hair nice flat and smooth. All you have to do to eliminate the static is to get a regular everyday hair brush a bottle of your favorite hairspray, put a little bit of hairspray on the brush and just brush away. I would show you but I would ruin my perfect hair do

Wouldn't products that work for frizzy hair do the job for static hair also, even though they are differnt problems.. they both require calming the hair down !!

Just wondering..

I find that the frizz products work well. Same with the hairspray on the brush.

The dryer sheet is used more in a pinch when you wake up late for work and no time to do anything!

This may sound weird but you can also spray your brush with static cling spray and run it through your hair quickly. Works for me everytime.
