The sagebrush is blooming once again in my area bringing with it more allergy misery for me and others with sensitivity. I love fall but I know I'm facing at least another month or so of itchy, watery eyes and nasal congetion. About three out of every four people with seasonal allergies are just like me and also have fall allergies. That's why I posted a survival guide for fall allergies on the Allergies and Colds page atBellaOnline ALERT: Raw URLs are not allowed in these forums for security reasons. Please use UBB code. I am a ragweed allergy suffer. My allergies have much improved, though. Since I had the AtlasProFilax procedure done, this is the first year that my allergies have been greatly diminished.
Also, a good tip is to stay away from sugar. Sugar increases allergy sensitivities!
My friend told me about a new site where you can ask any questions you have about ragweed and it will be answered by a practitioner or medical doctor for free.
