The spread was Celtic Cross, done 9/10/08 at 2pm.
There are no reversed cards in my deck.
My intention was set like this: My relationship with another since and how what happened over the weekend changed it. We had a long overdue, emotionally charged, talk.
The spread 1-10:
Judgement
The Fool
Strength
(6) Cups
Wheel of Fortune
(10) Swords
King of Wands
King of Cups
Ace of Wands
The Hierophant

Considering card 10 is a group card, I pulled and extra card to further individualize the group experience. That card is
(10) cups.

Any insight that you can give would be greatly appreciated.

hi there, i can answer your question, but why did you use the celtic cross, and what deck of cards are you using? I dont think its the cards that are intense i think its your spread.
By using an easier spread it makes the cards clearer. If you want to know what i use i will send you an email xxx

Thanks Bethany. I used the Rider-Waite deck. I just always use the celtic cross. I'm absolutely baffled by this situation and need some understanding.

The combination of the Ace of Wands and Strength, to me anyway, means there is a strong element of physical attraction in this relationship. However, it has the chance to be a more stable relationship since the last card is the Hierophant. These are just some impressions I have.

Yes the physical attraction is very strong. It's everything else that just seems to be one miscommunication after another. He has an inability to express himself and I'm just trying to protect myself from getting hurt. Out of ego, and not true feelings, we both agreed to move on. I felt a positive energy from this spread, so now I'm even more confused.
