Hai( I am really sorry if i posted this in the wrong section)

I just heard abt the EFT and want to try it out on my little one who has an irritable bowel.
I am considering surrogate or mental EFT.
But am not sure if i understand it correctly.
Surrogate-i say I am ..my sons name...even though i have an irritable bowel i accept and love myself fully. and I tap on my energy points.I do the entire Basic Recipe.
IS this correct?

Mental-I picturise my little one and his problem and mentally tap on my energy points.But how do i go abt with the gamut procedure?

Kindly help someone.I am desperate to help my baby.

I do EFT, but I've never done it on a surrogate, so I'm not sure how that works. I would think that if you are picturing him, and tapping your points, that the gamut procedure would work the same... after all, you are tapping yourself, why not roll your eyes too

I would give it a try and just see how it goes. You know it certainly won't hurt anything.

You may try posting this in the Alternative or Holistic Healing forums under "Health & Fitness." I'm sure there would be someone who would know about EFT there.

You could also do the tapping very gently on him. It would be more effective than surrogate tapping. Maybe use just one finger instead of two if he is very young, especially around the eyes. Skip any points that seem to upset him or make him uncomfortable.

The gamut procedure is as follows:

Continuously tap the point on the top of his hand between the little finger and ring finger metacarpels while at the same time -

Close your eyes
Open your eyes
Look up to the right
Look up to the left
Move your eyes as if traveling around a clockface, first clockwise, then anti-clockwise
Hum the first line of Happy Birthday
Count aloud to 5
Hum the first line of Happy Birthday

If you can get him to copy you doing this, all the better
