Did anyone see the previews for TLC's new show called "Must Love Kids" that premieres tomorrow night?

It follows three single moms as they meet their suitors and decide who to date. I love reality shows, so I'll definitely be checking it out, but I wonder how much they'll actually work the kids into the stories?? It will be interesting to see how these single moms manage to date and what kinds of issues arise with their kids. Hopefully it will be sweet and funny. I love the Bachelor and Bachelorette, so hopefully I'll like this one too smile

It's tomorrow at 9/8c on TLC. What do you all think? Will you watch it?

I hadn't heard of this one - sounds like a great premise, though!

It is just not possible to date "casually" when you have kids - or so it always seemed to me. If a guy found out you had kids he either ran, or was someone to think about keeping around!

My (now) husband (2nd marriage) - I knew he was a keeper when we started getting serious and he suggested taking the kids on a date with us so they could get to know him. There are not a lot of men out there that do that.

Sounds like it will be a good show. I'll definitely check it out, especially since we're into rerun season on most channels.

Check out this interview with Tracy, one of the moms featured in the show. She makes some great points about the show:

That was an interesting interview- I never knew that single moms' boyfriends were the #1 culprit in sexual abuse of kids... wow is that scary!

Well, she said her daughter had some major meltdowns as a result of the whole dating process, so I wonder how deeply they will delve into that... the whole "making the kids ok with it" thing- or if it will just gloss over those issues and focus on the romance?

I'm actually dating a guy that has a son and I know how important he is to him, so I'll always suggest doing things together. He definitely does appreciate that. Even though I'm passed the initial stage of 'making a good impression on his son' (we've been dating for almost a year now), I still always include his son in any activities we do that he may enjoy.

I actually saw that show on Tuesday. It reminds me of the Bachelorette. Except, fewer men and the obvious - they're all moms. I think I like Kristin the best. She's so shy and innocent it's cute. The one with the long dark hair seems to have a LOT of confidence - like she's done this before. Good for these moms dating again though and being happy.
