Laurie - do yoga outside! Nature is SO gorgeous, get a mat and stand out in your back yard and truly enjoy it smile

Find a park nearby, bring your mats, and spend an hour really having a fun time!

I have never expected that yoga would be so useful for me after practicing Kapalabhati. I was feeling very uneasy myself due to allergic problem in my respiratory system. Regular kapalabhati practice cleared my nasal passage & now I am relieved from allergies.

Gabrl,

How wonderful for you! It really is amazing just how powerful kapalabhati and other forms of pranyama can be. I love to teach my students alternate nostril breathing as an easy way to de-stress, calm down, get centered and reduce anxiety.
