Years ago, I remember hearing about someone painting a room black and hanging mirrors on the walls to communicate with spirits.

I was recently asked the name of this procedure. Does anyone know?

It is similar to the wells that the Pagans used for divination. Being in a room with all the light shut out enables the person to focus on the task of communicating with spirits. I am not sure what the name of the procedure would be called. I read about it many years ago. I bet Trish in the Pagan site would know.
