If you're looking for a good workout, get your hands on a copy of Rock Band and play the drums. You kill your arms AND your drumming leg too! I've had to stop playing sometimes because my leg was worn out. Plus you are learning real drumming skills smile

My son is up at college and wanted me to send him up our copy of Rock Band so they could play it up there. I bought him a new copy instead, because I didn't want to give up ours smile

It really is a TON of fun ... smile

Has anyone here tried it out yet? The drum set looks like a real drum pad set with regular sticks and everything -

That looks ace - am playing Guitar Hero 3 at the moment, which is giving me a strong hand, but i love the idea of forgetting the gym and playing games for a workout instead!

If you like Guitar Hero 3 you *really* have to get Rock Band it is SO much more fun. In Rock Band if you're doing well on a song the whole audience starts singing along with you, it sends shivers down my spine smile

And the customization!!

My friends and i have a weekly rock band session, and i have to say that the drums are a most brutal workout! The good thing about it is that it is a blast at the same time! i have played drums in college, but nothing like this. you get to pick your favorite rock songs and get totally into them. i actually broke one of the drumsticks cause i was rocking out too hard.... oops!! but the good thing is that you can replace them with real drumsticks and they work just as well.

They do have noise deadening pads now for the drums pads, we have them but haven't reviewed them yet. Maybe I'll do that tonight!

Will wait to see if this comes out on the Wii, rather than buying for the Xbox360
