well, tonight I'm going to have my protein Bar..
It's because I ate a very nice savory Indonesian cuisine for whole day and It makes me kind of bloating lol..
Indonesian chicken curry (a very thick coconut milk)
Spicy coconut beef (another coconut milk!)
Salty long bean and Tofu
and rice cake
now you know.. I have to back in track..
