If you could wave a magic wand and change anything at all in your life, what would you change?

If you're comfortable, will you tell us why.

Thanks for sharing! smile

That's a very interesting question! I really am so content with my life. I deliberately try to appreciate everything in it. Really the "change" would be to have everything organized and clean in an instant, without me having to "spend the time" to do it. But right now I have my office mostly clean, and the bedroom clean, and I'm going to clean the bathroom. So it is making progress and I am sure that in a few weeks I'll get most of the rest of the house done! One room at a time smile

The only thing "out of my control" that I can think of is that my neighbors' kids shriek at the top of their lungs, it sounds like they are being tortured. It is stressful. I would wish that they have an epiphany and learn to have fun without those high shrieks.

I'd make more time to appreciate the beauty of the nature around me - especially during the summer. Prioritizing is the key.

I have a tendency to do too much and not allow myself enough relaxation time. I know, I should practice what I preach but sometimes you teach what you need the most.

this is a good question, i am very sensitive to the things people say.(family) especially being overcaring about some people who would not care if i was alive or dead. yes i would change that .

I wouldn't be such a perfectionist - it's a no win situation.

I am really happy with my life although there are things I still want that hopefully will come in the future! I think I'd choose to stop being such a worry wort.

Poochie - I think many of us are sensitive and really this is something you can change in yourself if you work on it. The more you build up your own self esteem and faith in yourself the less you worry about what others think about you. Make it a focus in your world to believe in yourself and to really love yourself. You are your best cheerleader!

Also find one or two good friends who you really trust, and rely on their opinion. That way the opinion of others can matter even less.

I would get away from my parents when my dad came back from work saying that he left his job. Me and mom were working for him too so us too lost our jobs. I had almost 20000$ in savings that they later stole from me (they only paid me back because the insurance paid us after someone set our house on fire) which was more than enough for me to stay where we lived before moving to Ste-Florence. I would not of been with them when they decided to get rid of the tiny positives they had inside them and turn into complete monsters.
