I like a good mystery along with my romance, as long as the romance is still the main portion of the story. ;-)

Who are some of your favorite romantic suspense authors? What are some of your fave titles in the category?

For me, there are always the big names, like Linda Howard, Nora, Elizabeth Lowell.

But I've found a lot of other romantic suspense authors over the years that I think are also fantastic. Like Barbara Freethy, and newbie Laura Griffin. Anne Stuart is fantastic and hers lean into the Gothic category as well.

Newbie Elizabeth Jennings was good a month or two ago, with her debut book, Pursuit. And Geralyn Dawson's contemporaries not only have humor and sexy heroes, but a bit of suspense as well.

Newbie Laura Griffin and Elizabeth Jennings r both really good .I enjoy their reading a lot.

Shannon Butcher's 'No' series is pretty good, too.

Cindy Gerard's bodyguard series was pretty popular, and Jamie Denton has done some really good romantic suspense.
