My mom used to fix a coffee "punch" for bridal shower brunches.
I'll have to get the exact recipe from her, but basicaslly it was putting vanilla ice cream in the punch bowl - and then pouring coffee over it (I've got to find out if she sweetened and/or flavored it at all). It came out cool and creamy - like what they serve at starbucks, now- except waaayyy befor its time, LOL!

That sounds so delicious! Here is an original recipe I tried on my daughter and son in law. I used Cool Brew which is a concentrate but you can use your own strong brewed coffee or instant as well. It was so good!
Double Mocha Cream
2 tbsp. Hershey�s Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (sometimes found in the baking section)
Hershey semi-sweet Mini Chips
1 ounce Cool Brew Mocha Flavor
� cup of milk
2 tbsp. sugar
Mix together sugar and cocoa powder in a large mug
In a separate cup or bowl mix milk and Cool Brew Mocha Flavor
Heat in microwave for 1� minutes until hot. Gradually add hot coffee/milk to sugar/cocoa mixture stirring well.
Top with a large dollop of whipped cream
Sprinkle with Hershey semi-sweet Mini Chips

I just had an espresso in your honor.
My way is simple :
brew up espresso in a moka stove top pot. Then I whip up 2% milk with sugar. Pour that over top of espresso and finish off with a smattering of chocolate syrup!

I am a nut for Mocha! but, Lynne's idea sounds pretty good to me right now - strong black coffee with Bailey's. To go with it I brought some Pepperidge Farm Pirouettes, Chocolate Hazelnut flavor.
