Another favorite of both brothers is what they call a 'Texas BBQ'. They par boil chicken pieces and sausages of all kinds, chop up red onion, yellow onion, green, red and yellow peppers in large pieces, whole mushrooms and put it all mixed up in foil, triple layer, sprinkle on their BBQ sauce (secret) and seal tight. This is placed on the fire for about an hour or so. Really good stuff!!!
