Am I the only one here who listens to Dire Straits, Deep Purple and Thin Lizzy?

Because that's what I call music!!!

Not that I have anything against Avril or The Offspring!

I've only heard one track by Avril (in the music video she's at the mall or something I don't even know the name of the track).

So I can't really tell you my opinion of her.

The song I heard however was very nice.

Thin Lizzy might not be hot "Mr.Wakka" but they sure know how to play the guitar - not even Avril can play that good. Ayt!?

You don't judge people's music by their appearence ...the Thin Lizzies know their thing and they are not RUBBISH .

Keep that in mind before you call someone rubbish.

ahhh but thats where ur wrong. Avril is very good at playing the guitar and if you watch her video u would notice she plays a very hard rhythm. unlike thin lizzy. Plus Avril is hot

You're starting to make me wonder if you ever heard anything by Thin Lizzy, you're actually comparing Avril's guitar skills with the skills of the Thin Lizzies!?

I'm not talking about the goddam rhythm, I'm talking about the intense guitar-solos that no one else can compare with.

The lead singer plays both electric guitar and the base guitar, have you even heard his base-solo in "Dancing in the moonlight?" Didn't think so.

You're probably too young to have heard anything by Thin Lizzy anyway, judging by your child-like "I'm right and you're wrong" attitude.

avril does not even write her own songs - she gets a team to write songs for her - but she is hot.

My fave band is face to face - so cal punk band since 1991 and they rock my nuts off! <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
