Hi Melanie, YES I am a smoothie freak although the following is not a profound recipe! I like to buy bananas on sale, cut them into thirds (peeled) and freeze. When I want a smoothie, I throw as much as I like in a blender add a handful of blueberries and some milk and whizz -- it is delish! Sometimes I add a scoop of protein powder too but then it's super thick. Banana and chocolate soy milk is good too.
