Who is your favorite wedding designer? Where did you buy your wedding gown? Please post pictures and links if you like.

My favorite designer would have to be anything under the Demetrios line. They are so simple yet regal looking.

However, I actually had my wedding gown made. (I was married in 2001.) There were 2 dresses that i absolutely could not decide between, because each one had an element that I totally loved. I remember remarking to my (then) fiancee - "I wish I could combine the two", and he said "Why don't you" - so i sought out a woman in the area that makes dresses. My mom's a caterer, so she has a few connections.

This is what we wound up with - and we actually had my daughter (from my 1st marriage) have her flower girl dress to match.

Michelle that dress is gorgeous!! Your daughter looks adorable too. I like the sleeves- I find strapless dresses so boring. I actually saw previews for this new show called "Say Yes to the Dress" which is premiering on TLC July 15th and is all about finding the perfect wedding dress. It centers around this one bridal shop in New York and all the eccentric characters who work there. I love reality TV so I'll check it out, plus I'm sure the dresses will be amazing!!
