Just a few months ago coffee was getting a bad rap. This month it's looking good when it comes to Alzheimer's and Dementia. Do these studies make you change your coffee habits?

I have to admit that I weaned myself off of coffee many years ago because of the caffeine. I do adore the smell of it though! I could just breathe in the aroma all day.
Are others changing their drinking habits?

Fashionkat - that's fascinating! I wonder how coffee helps with liver health!
I looked it up and it does seem to show that people who drink coffee have lower rats of liver cancer!

I recently heard a news report about some research they have done with coffee. It seems it eases aches and muscle pain in women. They said it didn't show the same thing for men, but i think that part of the research was inconclusive because there wasn't as many men in the study as women. They have also found that the oils in coffee has one of the highest antioxidant levels of anything they have found. They are emulsifying coffee oil into creams now and soon we may see them in cosmetic products as skin mosturizers etc. The interesting part is... it isn't the caffeine in the coffee that has the antioxidant and muscle pain products. It's the coffee oils. Go Coffee!
