No I really appreciate it and I think I will try to write bios during the weeks of their birthdays. Obviously, I won't be able to do everyone but once a week for this month will be awesome.

Ryan Shamrock is Ken Shamrock's younger sister. A wrestling valet is someone who escorts a wrestler to the ring. Typically it is a female but there have been men valets. One in particular William Dundee, used to dress as a butler.

The valets escort the wrestler and hold their robes or jewelry or whatever they take off to wrestle. Valets also provided eye candy entertainment for the men in the crowd as well as timely interference in a match on behalf of the wrestler.

The valet is gone now. Now they are considered as manangers. Must be a PC thing.

I've seen Ryan Shamrock in AAA and she does get involved in matches now and then but always from outside the ring. She has been knocked off the ring apron onto the floor (and I've noticed that when that happens there is always a mat on the floor -- AAA doesn't always use mats). She was working with Sean Waltman but since he is in rehab, I'm not sure what she is doing. If there are any other AAA watchers on the board, maybe they have an idea.
