I think that parfait drinks are really pretty. I will have to try the straw trick . I am usually too impatient to be that sophisticated about it!

I just use a spoon. The first one goes in easily, then you pour the rest down the back side of a spoon to land against the side of the glass ...

Ahhh! I was going to say Grand Marinier. That really looks like a good drink - and so appropriate for St. Patrick's Day.

Have you tried Kahlua and cream? I pour in the Kahlua first, then using a spoon, like you do, slowly pour in the cream. It is so good!!!

Dang! I should have put the German Rattlesnake recipe here instead of under the Bailey's thread.

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.

Cinco de Mayo is coming up - I should think up a layered drink for that smile

OK - I couldn't resist the challange. I took pictures, but hubby is pulling an all-nighter - and I can't figure out how to get the pics from the camera to the computer. blush

Y'all will have to come up with a name for this - "Red Hot Coffee"? IDK

But I layerd Kahlua, then Godiva White Chocolate liquer, then Aftershocks Cinnamon liquer. The Aftershock actuslly sank below the Godiva - so I had a black layer, hot red layer, and creamy white layer on top. It was very pretty - and tasted pretty good, too. But VERY sweet.
