My husband was a pitching coach and I know he used to have some training videos for the different positions. Catching was one of them. I'm sure you could find some great videos on the subject with how-to advice.
Thanks, I found several videos and books on softball in general and catching specifically. I was hoping someone had a favorite that I could start with as I wade my way through each one. Any favorite sites with information would be nice as well.
