Before you fight Flux, run around gagazet fighting with your aeons until they are all at max overdrive. Then do that to your chars, specially yuna. Then summon, overdrive, banish. Keep doing that and you'll have him beat
Go to 'Edit' then 'Find' and look for 'Seymour Flux'.

I got stuck at that part too. All I did was train for a couple of days. I also noticed it was easier with two people fighting instead of three so I could cast reflect and protect ( in that order). the reflect so when he casts full life it wont kill you (and wont help him either) and protect so when he does that all out attack it wouldnt kill me. at the beginning i sent Kinhari to do his suicide attack to get down to two people. Thats just the way i did it.
