Go into mount gagazet with your "catching" weapons from the arena. Catch all of these:

Underwater:
Maelspike
Little manta ray things
Fishies

Mountain Path:
Bandersnatch
Troll thingy
Grenade
Imp
Little Plant

Mountain Cave:
Dark Flan
Behemoth
Grendel
Big plan thingy
Floating Eye thingy

I think thats them all... Cannot remember the names XD

When you have them speak to the arena dude and he will give you the flower crown
