This article talks about one of the easiest ways to start selling things you make or even things you want to re-sell, by taking advantage of the huge world market on the internet.

You can truly have an online business in a matter of a couple of hours if you already have products. Read Sell your Products Online and take the first steps today.

Wow! Great article. My daughter is a Native Alaskan (adopted) and I'd love to get her to sell some bead work on Ebay. And I like that one--cafe something or other--that puts stuff on shirts and whatnot. I'm excited about that. It seems like there are all kinds of possibilities for that. Like coffee mugs with some little poem you write. I know lots of people who buy something like for Christmas presents.

Thanks for turning me on to that site, Deb.

Thank you, Sally. Have your daughter try etsy, too. They have lots of jewelry on there, at higher prices than ebay, but ebay has a bigger audience. So, it depends on what she's looking for.

There is a BellaOnline shop on CafePress, too--you can get stuff with the BellaOnline logo. I sent one of the BellaOnline logo'd bags for my Secret Santa gift last year--they shipped right to her!

Here's the link if you want to check it out: BellaOnline shop at CafePress

I'm thinking of investigating the possibilities of marketing poetry and stories online. I have an Advice for New Freelancers Website and have met up with some people that do precisely that (the mugs, bags etc with 'sayings' )on them but they need writers to wite original uncopyrighted verse, for example - one lady makes the most beautiful handmade craft cards.

I'll check this out a bit further - some of my visitors could provide the birthday poems etc for the insides of craft greetings cards (so could I LOL)

I had a friend who sold greeting cards on line with photos that she took. They were beautiful. She traveled too and had lots of scenery shots, cute animals and kids, all sorts of things. The cards were blank so she didn't even need to think of anything to put in them.

Thanks, Alice.

Great idea, Green1! CafePress has an option to make greeting cards from photos, too.

I'm working on more articles on making money online, so stay tuned if you're interested.

Hi Deb!!

Any plans on writing an article on selling customized products services online? My business is strictly custom, and while I have a website it's for informational purposes only. I have no shopping cart, because all of my work is custom for each client.

Any thoughts?

Thank you
