I actually had two vietnamese roommates at one time. They use to cook all kinds of awesome food. We use to have spring roll parties too. They had the low table with the floor cushions..so we would invite people over and make spring rolls for dinner. But the fish sauce required us to change our clothes b/f we would get back out. Wow! That stuff is good but smelly.
