Well I think your arms are WAY stronger than mine so you probably don't need that help smile I'm having trouble with from-the-knee pushups! But I do think I'm slowly improving ...

The vine program is new - they only started it a few months ago. It's actually bothered me - because they offered it to people who are not good reviewers. These people get a pre-release copy of a book (where it says things like "photo to be inserted later") and then whine that the photos are missing. The Vine team even had to write everyone and tell them to stop doing that smile

odd. What reviewer ranks get to be in the vine program? You'd think they would pick the best reviewers, and select things the individual reviewers seem interested in, based on the choices of things they review naturally.

I can do around 15-20 pushups from plank mode, but I don't go way down like my stronger DH does. His are perfect. Mine are just 'sorta' down. But I am sure this will get better with time. When I was rock climbing I could do great ones, even one armed ones. But that was a while ago.

I am slowly getting better at the ab wheel rolly too.

LOL Jase you should get a twisty board and twist while you give massages!

Or do the ones where you walk on their back ...

Jilly - they don't "define" the Vine program. It's completely at their discretion so you only know because you're invited, not because you see a write-up about it and then ask to join. The only public page on Vine - linked to from any review done with a Vine tag (like my flow dvd one) is

What is Amazon Vine?

I did a bunch of walking today - I had a number of chores I had to get done - but no real exercise. Lots of plugging away at email on my computer!

We did 15,000 steps two days ago, then 10,000 steps yesterday, then just today we did almost 5,000 steps. I suppose at this rate we'll do zero steps tomorrow smile But tomorrow is airport day so I imagine we'll do a fair amount!

OK I did well on airport day - and even got good walking in the next day - but then I got stuck! We are writing the walkthrough for GTA IV and are in front of the TV all day - plus I am SO SO behind on email that I am just stuck for hours and hours trying to catch up on it all.

Not even a twist! Not even a dance! No yoga!

Once I get through the main push on this I will at least try to set aside an hour to get SOME exercise in so I don't lose the momentum!

At least I am currently at 137 so still in my 135-140 weight range that I've been in for so long.
