Happy Passover to everyone!

As we recall the exit of the Jewish people from Mitzrayim, there is opportunity for us to experience liberation as well. Mitzrayim means "narrow places".

Passover is a great time to think about those areas of your life that are "narrow" and "tight". Are there habits you'd like to break? Rules you have that you no longer need to follow? Now is the time to work on your own liberation from those things that hold you tight.

May you find the strength and stamina to achieve liberation from whatever it is that enslaves you!

Next week, we'll begin counting the Omer. My next article will attempt to bring depth to the counting.

Have (a) great Seder(s).
