Hi -
My dog has had Cushings for many years - her liver enzymes are now really elevated -
Does anyone else have a dog w/Cushings Disease?

Thanks

I'm so sorry you're dealing with an ill and I presume older dog. I wish I could offer some ideas. I am familiar with Cushings in horses and the symptoms are probably different. Has your vet checked your dog for a tumor?

Thanks for your note Denise smile
She doesn't have a tumor, but they say that the liver gets affected as the Cushings progresses. She is on a high dose of her meds so hopefully it will bring her numbers down like it has before - although these numbers are as high as when I got her years ago. I am crossing my fingers - she is such a joy to have around!
